Craig Wooldridge

Elected Director – Transport, Safety and Advocacy

Craig is recognised as a high performing leader in the traffic, transport and road safety industry through a 38 year career where he has gained extensive experience at operational and strategic levels. Craig is currently the Manager Project Development at Main Roads WA where he is the leader of the development of road safety, cycling and congestion projects in the Perth area. Craig is the acknowledged expert of the Principal Shared Paths (PSP) program and previously had the lead role for the development and implementation of the WA Bike Network Plan. Craig was instrumental in developing an integrated cycling network for Perth and Peel, in addition to strategic bike network plans for regional areas. Given Craig’s vast local, national and international experience in bike riding infrastructure, knowledge of government processes and broad network, Craig is an ideal candidate to lead the Transport, Safety and Advocacy Advisory group for WestCycle.
